In the case of any unforeseen incidents that prevent us from shooting on a scheduled date (which cannot be rescheduled) the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given should the client fail to attend the scheduled shoot on the date/time listed on the contract.
Once a transaction has been completed (i.e. photographs have been sent, the buyer selected and paid for a photo to be printed) it is considered non-refundable. Refunds will not be given if an incorrect photo is ordered or the buyer “decides they don’t like it”.
Unfortunately there are no refunds on any design order including custom printing/matting/framing or custom albums and books. We go through a careful approval process to ensure our clients complete satisfaction.
If there is any issue with the product that you receive, we must be notified within 48 hours from the date received. If the product has sustained damage during shipping, we will assist you will fining a claim with the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. We guarantee that the product that you receive is of the highest quality and we make every effort to work with customers to get final approvals at every stage of the process before the final orders are placed.
